Soild built camera

Strengths: Large LCD, small size, easy to use

Weakness: None

This camera is solid built with a lot features. The size is small and can be easily carry. The LCD is large enough for reviewing photos. It can be connected with a PC without having software installed and can be used as an external storage.

This is a fine camera for the price.

Strengths: Solid built, large LCD, easy to use

Weakness: no view finder

Bought this as a gift and people liked it. Pictures look good. Colors look real. The large LCD is attractive at this price range. It is a better buy than its previous generations FE-110, FE-120.

OK camera if you get it at lower costs.

Strengths: Takes good pictures in outdoor situations with good light. LCD screen nice size for pocket camera. Easy to use - 9 yr old learned point & shot in about an hour (even learned to view and delete.

Weakness: Pictures seem dark or distorted when taking in a low light situation. Not really pocket size but still ok (light weight)

I purchased this camera for under 100.00 on sale. It is a decent camera if you want an extra one around. I own a larger Oly camera and just wanted one the kids or I could easily take on trips. Outdoor pictures turn out great. Even cropped and enlarged to 8X10, the pictures are nice. The indoor pictures are not as crisp and seem darker. (Probably due to the size of the lens)Action (sports) mode seems to take the best picture because pictures will blur if someone is moving a little. All in all, I am happy with the purchase because I bought it knowing it would not perform as well as my larger camera. However, for the price, my kids can use it without trouble and I will not lose a lot of money if something happens to it.

FE-140 Digital Camera (6.4MP, 2816x2112, 3x Opt, 22MB, xD-Picture Card).

Strengths: Sleak in design, pretty easy to handle, picture quality is pretty good and pictures taken in dark are really so good.

Weakness: No view finder

I would recommend this camera to all my friends, who are into hiking and because of it's sleek design, but lot features which are pretty usefull for hiking and any fun outdoor activity.

FE-140 Digital camera.I spend little money to get such a good quality.Over all is excellent

Strengths: Great price and fast shipping.I am hoping your guy should buy this camera.I think the overall stuff is good.I just print the photo and it come out very clear

Weakness: It is complicate how to use the camera.I don't know why they have so many button for just the simple one

The product is brand new and nice to used.I really think it is very good quality compare with the price and the 6 pixels.I friend love this camera. They think it is cool so should try rocking it!!!!

Get much more bang for your buck elsewhere

Strengths: PictBridge compatible 6.0 MP ccd

Weakness: Slightly bulky 2.5" LCD is on the small side only 4x digital zoom

This is a camera I'd willingly pay around 75 bucks for, just to have as a spare. However, at double that & up, it's no bargain. Shutter speed is slow, image stabilization is nonexistent. Highly recommend Sony CyberShot instead.

Nice little camera

Strengths: Inexpensive. Good features. Easy to work with.

Weakness: Runs out of batteries too fast. Not the best LCD screen picture quality. Not my personal best choice camera

For 125$ this is definitely a nice camera, if you are looking to get a low-mid end camera. Specifications are decent, but not the best. Print quality of pictures are decent. I dont like the LCD screen that much.
On the whole nice camera and i would rate 3.75/5

Dissapointed

Strengths: Use standard AA batteries, big screen (for the price), craddle free, light

Weakness: No sound record!, xD cards (instead i.e. SD), no view finder.

We will return it for a refund, may be we will select a Cannon or Casio.

Took me a while to figure out that the lack of sounds for the clips.

Great price for an Olympus Camera but ....

Strengths: Great price for something to snap pictures and storage on the internal memory. Silver color looks beautiful.

Weakness: The picture quality is "grainy" when taken under low light. You see dots and missing pixels. Taking a picture requires a 1-2 second pause before it takes the picture.

The pictures on the LCD is not what you get when you transfer them to the computer. The quality appears to degraded.

The Olympus picture transfer program is not user friendly. Didn't know at times if the pictures really transferred.

You have to buy the expensive xD card for picture memory. That's more money spent for a low end camera.

For the extra money, why not just get a Panasonic or Canon.

I returned my camera to the store. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

considering the price this camera's nice

Strengths: very user friendly, takes great outdoor pictures, video recording outdoors was clearer than I expected

Weakness: slow shutter speed, indoor pics a little dark

I bought this camera for $139 on sale found a 1Gb xd memory card to 34.99 so for about $175 I now have a great camera and 700 pictures to take. Cant beat all of that and 6.4 megapixels.
