Great product. Huge capacity

Strengths: Big size. Compact and stable product. Very high quality

Weakness: Pretty high price. Moderate speed transfer.

I bought this product to replace my 2GB MS Pro Duo in the PSP. So far it has been very useful to me because I like to keep a lot of music and movies in my stick. I would recommend this product if you need a big space to store your stuff. It might not be the fastest card out there, but it sure does it job pretty well and the price is acceptable.
PS: Some old firmware versions of PSP do not support large size memory stick. Update to the latest version usually solves the problem though.

Plenty of memory

Strengths: Lots of memory for all your music, pictures, and movies. Is said to be faster than Sony's memory sticks.

Weakness: It isn't quite 8 GB. The actual memory it holds is about 7.5 GB.

Despite the fact that it is half a gig less than what was advertised, it is still lots of memory and perfect for any PSP or Camera user.

Good memory stick and low price

Strengths: Large capacity and relative low proce. Work great for PSP.

Weakness: Write speed a bit slow.

Bought this 8GB for my PSP and could not be happier. A lot room for the pictures and videos. Watch a two hours movie
on PSP using the memory and no problem. I would definitely recommend this to PSP users. Please note the memory does not work with old SONY camera which I have.

good deal for the price

Strengths: Lots of space, cheaper than Sony version

Weakness: None

Works perfectly in my psp. Just as fast as my Sony 4GB memory stick and cheaper than when I bought that one. Never had a problem with sandisk memory stick pro duo's

Perfect for your PSP or digital camera

Strengths: Fast speed. Works on the PSP!

Weakness: A bit pricey compared to other brands/types of flash memory. Did not come with memory stick adapter.

This Sandisk memory card worked perfectly on my PSP and Sony digital camera. The response time on this card is very fast. I'm not sure what the speed rating is, but it is definitely one of the better pro duo cards on the market. After having trouble with some other pro duo card brands, I gave this one a try and love it. Have had no problems with it thus far. Now I am looking to get a 16gb Sandisk!

Huge Capacity!

Strengths: Huge capacity and very good write and read speeds. Perfect for PSP.

Weakness: Kind of expensive but well worth it.

If you own a PSP and need alot of storage than you need this card. I have CF on my psp and it holds quite a few backups. I really don't know how I could go back to something smaller now. Sandisk really makes some good products and this is one of them.

Sandisk 8GB MSPD, as it always be

Strengths: Huge capacity; Fast speed; reasonable price

Weakness: None.

You really don't have much choice for MSD; Sony, Lexar, Sandisk. They are all pretty reliable brands. So you get what brand you prefer and which has the most appealing price. When I was shopping for a 8GB MSD (most value/price efficient), I chose this one: why? Less expensive than Sony; better brand than Lexar. In fact, these days, you really don't worry much about branded memory, buy it, plug it in, run like a charming. What else would you expect?
