AMAZING CAMERA!!!!!
Strengths: Lightweight. GREAT photo quality. When you switch the RAW and take images that way, the difference is even more amazing!
Weakness: The only thing I can find is that I would like a front sync cord slot and I wish it came with an 18-135 kit lens.
I would recommend this camera to ANYONE! This camera has so much potential! I use it for sports, babies, everything. I have been a professional photographer for 10+ years and I have to say...this is the best camera! I actually have two of these bodies now!

Amazing Beginner Camera!!
Strengths: Tiny, Lightweight, Very User Friendly, Excellent value for price.
Weakness: Tiny, Manual features are a little limited, shots per second are a little low. (One would have to be VERY picky to notice any of this.)
This is my very first experience with a DSLR camera and I could not be happier. I have absolutely no professional training in photography and still found this camera to be a breeze to use. The learning curve is not steep at all, I was able to take amazing pictures after less than a month of regular shooting. Manual features are somewhat limited, which is to be expected on an entry DSLR. It's small size makes it an ideal travel buddy whether you are traveling through Europe, or just going on an afternoon hike. This advantage is also a drawback however. The setup feels slightly crowded due to it's small size, I notice this most when I am using an extra wide angle lens. Overall it is an awesome little camera and the strengths vastly outweigh the weaknesses.

Canon EOS Rebel T2i (body only)
THE GOOD: Fast performance; excellent photo quality; above average video-capture quality. THE BAD: Annoying viewfinder; irritating control layout for video capture. THE BOTTOM LINE: A great follow-up to the T1i, if you want the best photo and video quality in a dSLR for less than $1,000, the Canon EOS Rebel T2i is hard to beat.

Canon Rebel T2i / EOS 550D Review
Canon ignored the rest of the digital camera industry when they limited resolution over the last few years, putting an 18-megapixel sensor in their consumer flagship Rebel T2i, and as a result the camera stands head and shoulders above any other offering under $1,000. Where you'd expect more noise from this 18-megapixel digital camera, the Canon T2i actually delivers less than its predecessor,...

DCRP Review: Canon EOS Rebel T2i
This 18 Megapixel camera features excellent photo quality (even at high ISOs), a compact, well-designed body, a gorgeous 3-inch LCD display, snappy performance, and a Full HD movie mode. There aren't many downsides: Images are on the soft side, especially if you're using an inexpensive lens. Redeye is a problem, and there's no tool to remove it in playback mode. The continuous shooting mode could...

Canon EOS Rebel T2i review at Camera Labs
Canon's EOS Rebel T2i is a very impressive DSLR which redefines what we can expect from the upper entry-level category. Just five months on from the high-end EOS 7D, the Rebel T2i delivers essentially the same image quality and flexible movie modes at half the price. But while the resolution and video capabilities are undoubtedly impressive, the camera's stood still in other respects which could...
