Canon EOS Rebel T3i

Strengths: Easy to learn; brilliant pictures for an affordable price!

Weakness: Cannot think of one single weakness!

I bought my very first DSLR, the Canon EOS Rebel T3i a little less than a month ago and I absolutely adore it! It is easy to use. I took it home and did everything myself! I love it! Now I just need for the rain to go away so that I can go out and take more pictures! I love my Canon Rebel T3i!!

Canon EOS Rebel T3i (Body only)

Crutchfield has collected 2 user reviews for this product with an average rating of 5.0 out of 5 stars. The most recent reviewer said, "Used a 35mm film SLR for many years, Topcon Super D. When I wasn't taking many photos anymore I sold it and bought a digital point-and-shoot. I missed the ability to alter depth of field, pushing the ISO settings and the quality of images I got from my Topcon's f1.2 55mm lens. After several point-and-shoot cameras I decided it was time to get an SLR again. I did a lot of online research, reading reviews on cameras in a price range that I could afford. The EOS T3i rated as one of the best new offerings. After deciding to buy, I shopped prices and found little difference in final cost, so I went with Crutchfield, having purchased electronics from them in the past and being very impressed with their care of the customer. The camera and subsequent lenses arrived in time for use on a new grandchild and family celebration. The resulting photos were terrific and I felt like I was really taking quality pictures again. As a painter, I rely on detailed images with excellent color to use for my work. The first series of shots I took this week for some new paintings were exactly what I needed. I am once again pleased with the great service and price from Crutchfield and would give the EOS T3i my highest recomendation to serious and hobby photographers."

Pretty Good

Great camera, which is a replacement for my XSI that had a broken shutter.

Canon EOS Rebel T3i (Body Only)

THE GOOD: The Canon EOS Rebel T3i delivers excellent video capabilities and image and video quality. THE BAD: If you shoot both still and video, the T3is controls can be frustrating to operate, and its not terribly fast for burst shooting sports, kids, or pets. THE BOTTOM LINE: For the money, the Canon EOS Rebel T3i is a great choice for dSLR videographers--though the cheaper T2i can still...

DCRP Review: Canon EOS Rebel T3i

The Canon EOS Rebel T3i is a very capable entry-level digital SLR. In most respects, it's not a huge leap over its predecessor, though the rotating LCD is definitely a great addition. The camera offers very good photo quality (especially if you attach some quality glass), generally snappy performance, a host of features for beginners and enthusiasts alike, and Full HD video recording. Downsides...

Canon EOS T3i (600D) Review

The T3i is the logical development of Canon’s current DSLR philosophy which differentiates cameras by features rather than by image quality. In the current lineup the T2i, T3i, 60D and 7D all use the same sensor and they all have essentially identical image quality. The T3i is the top-of-the-line entry level camera. It actually has better video capability than any of the other cameras since it...
