Crutchfield has collected 2 user reviews for this product with an average rating of 5.0 out of 5 stars. The most recent reviewer said, "This was my first order with Crutchfield. Ordered one day, received the next. I had no trouble understanding how to operate this camera as I had downloaded the manuals for it and several others I was interested in and when I chose this one read it through ahead of time. The most amazing thing about this camera is the clarity of shots at speeds so low I would not have attempted them before with my olders dslr's or p&S cameras. The battery was completely dead when I received it, so had to wait until later to test it. All I had to test the camera on was several slightly uncooperative cats and the fireplace across the room. Many of the shots are blurry because the shutter speed was arount 1/8 to 1/10 of a second and the cats were moving, but the backgrounds are clear and I even took several HDR shots that were great. I am totally happy with this camera and will work on ordering more lenses and the evf for it next year. Last Sunday was clear and sunny so we went to the James River and got some really fantastic panoramas. I have tested every shooting mode am pretty happy with each one. We are getting on in age and I broke my arm this summer running with my huge, heavy camera bag and tripod and now everything can fit into a small lightweight bag that can also double as a handbag. I could not find a NEX to test in Richmond and I was undecided for months between this and the SLT-57. I am 100% satisfied now, the images are fantastic and that's what taking photos is all about."

Sony Alpha NEX-5N (with 18-55mm lens, Black)
THE GOOD: A small-bodied interchangeable-lens model with excellent video, the Sony Alpha NEX-5N also offers some nice features, including a tilting LCD, EVF port, and a hybrid touch-screen/traditional interface. THE BAD: The user interface wont be to everyones taste, and the body feels almost too small for the typical E-mount zoom lenses. THE BOTTOM LINE: An especially good option for people who...

DCRP Review: Sony Alpha NEX-5N
All things considered, the Sony Alpha NEX-5N is a very good interchangeable lens camera -- as long as you can tolerate its menu-driven user interface. If you find that you can live with its interface, then you'll find a camera that's capable of taking excellent photos and videos, with the added bonus of the HDR and Anti Motion Blur features, for taking great photos in challenging lighting...

Sony NEX-5N review at Camera Labs
Like the original NEX-5, the new model boasts a 3in tilting screen, HD video and a raft of clever modes, but the 5N now makes the screen touch-sensitive, upgrades the movie quality and burst shooting, while offering greater customisation and the chance to fit an optional electronic viewfinder. It's highly compelling, but how does it compare to the Olympus E-P3 and Panasonic GX1? Find out in my...

Sony Alpha NEX-5N Review
Sony made quite a splash with its aggressively-styled NEX-5 system camera back in mid-2010, and while the succeeding Sony NEX-5N digital camera is no longer the company's flagship system camera, it builds upon its predecessor with quite a selection of upgrades and new features. There's a new image sensor and processor that bring a wider sensitivity range and support for an electronic...
