I love Nikon P510
I wanted to get the Canon 6D for about $1200.0, but decided to get this Nikon P510 instead. This camera is amazing quality and well as the features they have on it. I have no issues to operate this camera and the pixes turned out so beautiful in low light

Great little camera
I bought this camera as a back up, but find myself ussing it more then my others, I carry it with me everyday. the picture quaility is excellent, I would highly recoment it to anyone that wants a light small camera with big results..

A lovely camera . . . . . .when it works !
Strengths: It's many features.
Weakness: The ON / OFF button.
I am a 45 year plus user of Nikon equipment and cameras and this is the first Nikon that is causing me grief. .In over 50% of trying to activate the camera with the main button, it WILL NOT WORK.Enquiries "on line" came back suggesting this may be a humidity problem but the camera has never been exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity (Specifications say below 45C and 85% humidity)since I bought it in Netherlands about 9 months ago.Unfortunately I live in Australia and the 2 year warranty is not valid here.Have been in contact with the retailer and Nikon in Netherlands. My work often takes me to Europe and I will go and see them and hope they will do the right thing : repair or replace.Also hope this is just a "dud" and I have been unlucky with this particular camera and it's not an issue with the P510 at large.. Problem is that sometimes it works OK.
