In the mean time, I have already purchases an extended warranty and had to cancel it with penalties. When inquired their reply was: "We do not even hold them in our warehouse for shipping." The next email I received said that my order was backordered and would arrive in 10-13 days. I can live with that. Then, I receive an email that they are cancelling my order because they ran out of stock. I called customer service and they were neither helpful nor sympathetic. After reading many online reviews of Adorama it seems that I'm certainly not the first to have this happen to them. I believe that if a company confirms your order then they should fulfill your order or at least try to resolve the problem. They just said....sorry!	Overall Rating

First they sent the wrong size that was packed in a box that was actually too small for it, resulting in the mat getting slightly bent. Customer service said just keep it and they would send the correct size. The next mat they sent was again the wrong size. They then said they had to check with the warehouse to find out what was wrong. It turns out they did not have the size I ordered, so they offered me a different size. It was smaller than I wanted, but I said okay. So then I get that mat and it's even smaller than they claimed it would be, much too small for what I needed. At that point, after 3 wrong mats I was done so I sent the mats back with a prepaid UPS label they sent (although I had to go to UPS at my own inconvenience since they did not pay for pickup). They received the package 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get a refund. I also can't reach customer service by phone because of high call volume.	Overall Rating

If you scroll down through the reviews, the majority of them are 4 to 5 stars. I ordered my printer at a ridiculously low price (kind of made me nervous) but they came through with flying colors. I think there is something wrong with the ratings calculator on this site. I am going to buy a duplicate printer from them for my daughters new house. visualp from NY Member Since: 07/08/2011 View Member's: Reviews	Ordered a DSLR camera bag (Lowepro) from them when they had a special and received notice that the item was backordered and that the item would likely ship within 10-14 days. 14 days later, I still haven't received the item or any notification that it was back and stock and about to be shipped. I called customer service to ask what my options were. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I got a rep on the line. I explained my situation and asked whether or not I could get a similar item (that was in stock) as a replacement. She immediately transferred me to sales (without me even saying it was ok). I talked to the sales guy who said there was nothing he could do. He transferred me BACK to customer service and after being on hold ANOTHER 30 min, I spoke to a rep. They were unwilling to discount the price of the replacement item even though the item was $25 cheaper than the model I had ordered, leaving me with no options.
