Olympus MF-1 OM Lens Adapter

Greatly expands lens possibilites.

Strengths: Well constructed.

Weakness: I didn't get it for free (as these were once given away with new E-1 purchases)

This adapter allows the use of Olympus OM lenses on the 4/3 mount. It is very nicely constructed and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The fitting to the camera is precise and it allows focusing "beyond infinity" so that distant detail can always be captured.

Works great!

I was delighted to find this product so that I can use my old OM lenses with my new E-410. No discernable loss of image quality, works with all my old lenses for my OM-1

Excellent investment

Zuiko film lenses are wonderful, and if you have any and want to use them with your E-series camera, then this is the least expensive way to continue to use your film investment. I've used it with the E-300 and the E-3, and it allows, with certain limitat

Don't waste your money!

This adaptor extended my 500mm mirror lens to where it cannot focus at all in all planes. Either vertical lines focused or horizontal lines focused, but never did they both focus at the same time - save your money for new 4/3 lenses instead.
