Sony Marine Pack for DSC-N1 Cyber-shot
Strengths: The camera works pretty well under water and picture comes out very clear. No special lens needed if near the water surface.
Weakness: No weakness except a little bulkie with the housing but weightless under water. I check other brand and they are all bulky too.
The housing is very rugged and stylish, no water leaking under water. Would recommend this for snorkeling and diving less than 100 feet.
The housing is a little bulky when use on land but okay underwater.

Sony Marine Pack
Strengths: Compact, easy to use, beautiful pictures
Weakness: None that I have found
I love this marine pack. I plan to use the underwater housing protector at the beach for protection against sand as well as water. The control buttons and zoom work. It comes with an extra O ring. Be prepared that the marine pack adds weight and size to the otherwise ultra compact Sony camera.

Sony Marine Pack for DSC-N1 Cyber-shot
Strengths: Solid housing. Buttons line up with digital camera buttons and are easy to push. Not only can you take pictures, but you can also put the camera in video mode and take a short video under water.
Weakness: Can review pictures, but only the last picture taken. The reason being is you need to be able to touch the arrows on the screen to page through the pictures which can't be done
Overall the pictures come out great, and putting the flash on automatic allows the flash to go off so you are sure to have light for your underwater picture. The product really serves its purpose. I am thinking about getting the filter that was advertised on the box to see if it will enhance the colors.
