I purchased the canon tc-dc58b tele converter lens for my canon S5 IS. It is another must have for this camera. Although you need to purchase the adapter before you purchase this lens. I got it two weeks ago and I cannot put this camera with the tele-converter lens down. I have been taking great photos with it.

I purchased TC-DC58B Tele Converter Lens for S3 IS & S2 IS Digital Camera to work with Canon S2 IS. It gives me 1.5x more power. More than 600mm in total. But don't expect to much on this lens. It's not a L class for SLR. Purple fringe is fairly noticeable on the edge.
