So I just bought a wacom 21 UX and straight out of the box I found this dead pixel in the middle of my screen, i called the customer service of Wacom and after going back and forth with them in email they said no we can change it for you. There reason they told me was its not a dead pixel its sub pixel effect. ??????? So If the pixel stays one color mostly black or white then they can change it...
