Excellent for video
I use this mount adapter quite often with my Alpha lenses for video. I really like the fact that it does not allow for autofocus while shooting video as I don't want to use autofocus while shooting video. I focus like I would do for shooting stills then s

Autofocus works... Very slowly.
Tried this adapter with a few SAM Alpha-mount lenses. It's like they said- autofocus DOES WORK - but for some reason, beyond me, it takes something like 5-10 seconds. I don't own any Alpha lenses, so I bought a third-party adapter to use my old Minolta MD
