Expands usefulness of great camera
I bought this used from Adorama and it arrived in perfect condition. I have already used it several times and find that it can either present a wider accurate view or have a more fisheye effect for items closer to the camera. The only downside I see for

As good as it gets for LX3
Nice addition to the the LX3. Reasonably sharp. Minimal CA and easily fixable distortion.

LX3 WA adapter
The WA adapter + LX3 is the smallest UWA outfit available, as AFAIK. It's quality is quite good. There is a little distortion, of note only for architectural photos, which can be corrected in software.
